Special Event Periods include but are not limited to: Australian Tennis Open, Melbourne Grand Prix, AFL Grand Final, Spring Racing Carnival, Melbourne Cup. Cancellations over Special Event dates require a minimum of 14 days notice, unless otherwise advised. Changes to reservations are subject to availability of rooms and the tariff may be subject to change.

The Special Events Cancellation Policy is as follows: Cancellations received at least 14 days prior to arrival will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 7-13 days prior to arrival will forfeit one night's accommodation. Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival will forfeit all night's accommodation.
