All bookings are held in good faith to the arrival and departure date listed in this reservation, at the rate specified. To confirm reservations, either current valid credit card details are required. Variations to this may apply during peak periods at the property's discretion. Please note that pre-payment for Special Event Periods may be required, if so you will be contacted by email or phone.
A cancellation fee of one night's accommodation will apply to any booking cancelled within 48 hours of arrival time. If no arrival time is specified, it is deemed by 10pm of that day. Any cancellation fee will automatically be charged to the credit card on the confirmation, or deducted from the reservation deposit.
Any property may alter these terms and conditions for specific bookings, and advise by return letter, the terms and conditions that will apply. (ie Group or Peak Period reservations).
Cancellations and changes must be lodged by 4.00pm, 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival, with the exception of Group Bookings and reservations over Special Event Periods. Special Event Periods include but are not limited to: Australian Tennis Open, Melbourne Grand Prix, AFL Grand Final, Spring Racing Carnival, Melbourne Cup. Cancellations over Special Event dates require a minimum of 14 days notice, unless otherwise advised. Changes to reservations are subject to availability of rooms and the tariff may be subject to change. The Special Events Cancellation Policy is as follows: Cancellations received at least 14 days prior to arrival will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 7-13 days prior to arrival will forfeit one night's accommodation. Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival will forfeit all night's accommodation.
Upon arrival, each guest will be required to sign a standard Quest registration form, and accept the terms and conditions therein of his/her stay.
Payment of reservation - any Quest property accepts all major credit cards. On arrival a pre-authorisation of your credit card for your accommodation amount may be required. Please note that transactions using American Express and Diners Club cards will attract a 2% surcharge.
If paying in Cash, all accommodation charges plus a room security bond of $100 per One Bedroom Apartment and $200 per Two Bedroom Apartment will be required upon arrival. Valid photo ID for each guest is also required.
Cheques are not accepted as payment for accommodation unless received, banked and cleared 10 days prior to arrival as a full pre-paid deposit.
