Alternatively, you can collect the Airport Shuttle at the Airport - drop off is Southern Cross Station (formerly Spencer Street Station) - a 15 minute walk or a short taxi ride to the property. Our friendly reception personnel can assist with Airport Shuttles to the Airport - they pick up at the front door and take you to the Airport for around $15 per person.

If you are bringing your car with you to Melbourne, Quest on Bourke can offer you special rates for parking - at Secure Parking, located under the new Southern Cross Building, conveniently located 80 m from our front door. "Limited offsite car parking is available. Car-parking needs to be requested at the time of reservation to confirm availability." The rate is $20 per 24 hour period and access passes are available from our reception personnel. Prior to parking your car an access pass must be obtained from reception. Without this pass we can not guarantee the daily rate.

Quest on Bourke has completed their refurbishment - with updated soft furnishings throughout, painting and carpet in all public areas. We are sure that you will enjoy the experience even more at Quest on Bourke. We are now a non-smoking property - please note that smoking is allowed on balconies only (minimum fee of $200 is charged for smoking inside an apartment should there be any damage to new furnishings including odours).

We do endeavour to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible however, we can make a note on your reservation at Quest on Bourke for a balcony if you would like to be able to smoke on the balcony however, we cannot guarantee you will be allocated the exact apartment of your request. Please also note that only selected deluxe style apartments have balconies.

Special Event Periods require a deposit prior to arrival. A credit card number given at the time of reservation is to guarantee the reservation only and the card which the guest will be making the payment with is to be produced on arrival at the property.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be made no less then 48 hours prior to arrival or a charge of one (1) nights accommodation will be incurred onto the Guest credit card

Quest on Bourke Special Events Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received at least 14 days prior to arrival will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 7-13 days prior to arrival will forfeit one night accommodation. Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival will forfeit all nights accommodation.

Special events are Australian Open Tennis, Australian Grand Prix, AFL Grand Final and Spring Racing Carnival and New Years Eve. Other Special Events may arise throughout the year. Please enquire as to the cancellation policy if in doubt.

A failure to arrive by 10:00am on the morning following the scheduled arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to one (1) nights accommodation.
