In another positive initiative for 2007 Quest on Bourke was actively involved in supporting the Fashion Incubator - an amazing, innovative support group who take designers and cultivate their talent, through guidance and support in the fashion industry - look at the the Fashion Incubator to find out more about up and coming Melbournes' designers of tomorrow. We are the home to Ann Maree Willett during fashion events each year - a milliner who was discovered by the Fashion Incubator - Quest on Bourke are actively involved in their fashion showings - a little encouragement from Quest on Bourke to nurture creativity in the Fashion Capital of Australia. Some wonderful news for Australian fashion is that Ann Maree Millinery has been asked to design a line for the famous Italian fashion house Borsalino - find out more about Borsalino it's history and the creation of the Panama hat by clicking on Borsalino During the Motorola Spring Fashion Week the House of Borsalino stayed with us at Quest on Bourke and presented an exhibition at the Melbourne Town Hall on the history of their company which featured a selection of hats by Ann Maree Millinery.
